Remove the third axle, shorten the frame to the correct length, shorten the body and the roof. Modify the body (seams) and the windows.

Original car disassembled

Spacer blocks to stabilize the body when removing the window panel.

Join the shortened walls. Solvent: M-E-K

Shortened and patched roof.

Remove panel seams from side walls, patch and clean up.

Doors and new seams.
