The basis for this bash are two of the cars made by LGB

“Made in China” the plastic is more brittle than the German Luran S

Bashing Action

After dismantling the bodies and cutting the blind end off the red body and the vestibule portion of the ACPE, it was time to trim the respective ends and then glue the parts.

Clamping the parts in the milling machine required some custom spacers and extra clamps to get the rigidity. Gluing was a lot simpler.
