I found a suitable picture in “Die Bauernhäuser des Kantons Graubünden” Band II. Abbildung 150. Unfortunately there was no floor plan, but using the size of the logs gets one very close to what it should/would be.
Built with round doweling from the “Big Box”. The other version could be built with square dowels. However, the type on offer at the “Big Box” is too uniform, which means cut your own. Best do that on a band saw to get the texture at the same time.
