To keep a flat this long straight required more than just the usual styrene fabrication center beam. In this case I used a piece of mounting channel usually used for shelving brackets.

Full length of the flat and the structure of the floor planks.

The comparison with one of the LGB Haik cars shows just how long this car is.

The stakes are cut on the laser with additional milling allowance to get them square without any taper from laser cutting.
